If you are looking for office equipments such as tables, chairs, safe, cabinets, etc… do check this place out. There are limited number of parking spaces in front of the store but it is seldom full so you will most likely be able to get a good spot.

The service here has improved throughout the years and their staff (Pearly) always try to ensure the item delivery is quick even though sometimes delays happen due to unforeseen circumstances.

We have bought several products here and the item quality is there. When there is an issue with an item, Pearly will get her workers to bring a replacement as soon as possible and I really appreciate her efficiency in ensuring a good service. Depending on the item, some could take very long to be delivered to your place while others may need slightly longer time to be restocked at the shop and unfortunately, not every customer has the same level of patience so the quality of the experience will be different for everyone. I would gladly come here again in the future if there are other items on my bucket list that can be found here.

This is a good place to buy the important office equipments (tables, chairs, safes, steel cabinets, fax machines, etc). Parking space is actually limited to around 2-5 vehicles so be sure not to come on a busy day.

Honestly, most of the items here are expensive; maybe even a bit overpriced for some. Certain items aren’t commonly purchased by customers so you will need to order and wait for a while for them to be delivered to the shop.

Service-wise, there aren’t a lot of staffs here while we were there but the female staff we spoke to was very friendly and patient. However, their communication is slow when you are asking them about your item. Also, I don’t like their item delivering service. It is pivotal to inform your customers an hour or two before their item is delivered to their home. We were working and suddenly I got a phone call from an ASPI workers telling me that they have arrived in our Taman with our item which was frustrating because it was so sudden. I tried my best to reach home fast but the workers were clearly impatient as one of them called me again when I was on my way. I am sorry I made the workers wait for 25 mins but this could have been prevented with better service; an earlier phone call would have ensured that someone will be waiting at home prior to the time of the delivery.

Overall, you won’t find many large office equipment shops in Sungai Petani, let alone good ones. So, it is still worth paying this place a visit if you are looking for something to set up in your office or at home.
